Privacy & browser storage
The setup planner works in your browser. It does not send your answers to our server.
What this version stores
After you build a plan, your selected options, checklist checkmarks and prepared date are stored in browser local storage under the key rtg-plan-v1. We do not ask for a name, address, passwords or entry codes. Select “Clear saved plan” in the planner, or clear this site’s browser data, to remove that saved plan. Earlier planner choices can be restored for review; build a new plan to save the updated format. Copying a question or printing/saving a PDF creates a copy under your control. On a shared device, others using the same browser profile may see it.
Appearance preference
The cogwheel Settings menu lets you choose Light, Dark or System. We save only that choice in this browser under rtg-theme-v1; it is not sent to our server. System follows your device’s appearance and updates when it changes. To return to the default, select System or clear this site’s browser data. If browser storage is unavailable, you can still change the appearance for the current page.
Guide search
Guide searches and filters run in your browser. The search words and selected filters appear in the page URL so you can share a result. Opening or sharing that URL sends it to the hosting provider like any other page request; avoid entering private information. We do not save search history in browser storage or create visitor profiles.
Room-size calculator
The air-purifier guide includes a room-sizing calculator. It processes the dimensions you enter only in this page, without saving them or sending them to our server. Its estimate is a buying aid, not an air-quality measurement.
Hosting traffic
When connected publicly, the site will use Cloudflare in front of a privately operated home server. Hosting and security providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect a website. This application does not maintain visitor profiles or store planner answers on the server. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its processing.
Analytics, advertisements and outside links
This initial version has no visitor analytics beacon, advertising script or affiliate tracking link. Following an outside link takes you to another provider with its own policies. Before introducing analytics, advertising or new data collection, we will update this notice and implement any required consent controls.
If you email us, your message and contact details are handled through the shared Bienieco contact mailbox. Do not send passwords, entry codes or sensitive tenancy documents. Use the same address for privacy questions: hello@bienieco.com.
